AAA Insurance Offers HomeAdvisor Home Concierge to Help Carolinians Recover after a Loss

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (August 28, 2019) – In an effort to help Carolinians rebound after a loss, AAA Carolinas Insurance has partnered with HomeAdvisor to help members repair, replace and recover after they’ve received payment for a homeowners insurance claim.

Home Concierge, powered by HomeAdvisor, connects claim recipients with a project manager to help them secure trusted service professionals, compare quotes and schedule appointments to repair their home after damage has occurred.

“AAA Insurance partnered with HomeAdvisor to offer this special service to our members as we strive to keep Carolinians safe and help them ‘keep life moving’ after a loss,” said Jim McCafferty, President of AAA Carolinas Insurance. “Our members have expressed to us that one of the most stressful times in their lives is when they feel out of control and having a homeowners loss is truly one of those stressful moments. Our goal is to alleviate that stress.”

Home Concierge aims to create more streamlined access to reliable home service professionals for customers as they rebuild from a home damage or loss. Homeowners can contact a dedicated project advisor- a Concierge- to let them know what services they need and then available contractors from HomeAdvisor’s network of pre-screened service professionals will be hand selected to provide quotes for customers and schedule appointments that work conveniently into their schedule.

“We offer this service to give our members the confidence that a home service professional will be working on their property to repair damages and get the job done right,” added McCafferty.
