Towing
AAA Roadside Assistance is designed to get you back on the road. If your vehicle cannot be safely operated after one of our on-the-go roadside services (see below), we can tow your vehicle. If your vehicle needs towed, we can tow it to either: Option 1: The service provider's station or nearest AAA Car Care Center (Free of charge if within 10 miles) Option 2: Any location you choose. Based on your membership level, we can tow up to 200 miles free of charge. Additional towing miles are charged at $4.00 per mile. Certain restrictions apply, and not all vehicles and locations are eligible.

Mobile Battery Assistance
Don't let a dead battery leave you stranded! Our Mobile Battery Service can come to you and test your battery and system. If your car won't start, we can provide a jump or sell you a new battery and install it for you.

Fuel Delivery
Run out of gas? Our emergency fuel delivery service can get you enough fuel to reach the nearest service station. For Basic members, fuel is provided at pump cost. For Plus and Premier members, fuel is provided free of charge. Please note that we cannot promise specific brands, diesel or octane ratings.
Flat Tire Service
Need help changing a flat tire? As long as you have an inflated, serviceable spare tire, we can install it for you. Our helpful service providers can help you get back on the road quickly! If you don't have an inflated spare tire or if your flat is unserviceable, we can tow your vehicle.
Lockout Services
Locked out of your car? Our emergency automotive locksmith services can help you get back in to your vehicle. If your keys are lost, broken, or the service provider can’t gain entrance to your vehicle, we can reimburse auto locksmith services ($50/Basic, $100/Plus & Premier).
We also offer up to $100 in home locksmith services for Premier members.

Winching & Extraction
As a member of AAA you can request to have your vehicle extricated or winched. Your vehicle must be accessible at a distance of 50 feet or less from a state prepared roadside surface. A trained roadside service technician will operate one truck to perform the requested winching service. If special equipment, additional manpower or vehicles are required, AAA Basic members will be charged the additional costs, payable to the facility at the time of service. Plus and Premier members can be provided with a second truck and operator, when needed, for up to one hour free of charge.
