Shortcodes

There are several short codes used to make link maintenance easier and facilitate easy code-duplication between different platforms.

[permlink id=X] | In templates: <?php permlink('X');?>
This will create a permenant link to the given page ID, even if the custom URL changes, the page is moved to a different parent page, etc. The page ID is listed in a column when viewing the admin dashboard of all pages.

[imglink]directory/ | In templates: <?php theme_img();?> or theme_js or theme_css
This will create a link to (hostname)/wp-content/themes/aaawpmigrate/img/, followed by whatever subdirectory you need to access. Good for images that aren't uploaded and attached to specific posts.

[docs]directory/
Creates a link to (hostname)/wp-content/(directory), for linking to PDF files and other content that isn't kept in Wordpress's media library. This makes it easier to move links around since media library uploads are usually organized into month/date folders.

[siteurl] In templates: <?php echo site_url();?>
Creates a link to the current top-level site url. IE, in a local sandbox this would be https://prod-carolinas-aaa-com.azurewebsites.net on live it would be http://carolinas.aaa.com/, etc.

[raw shortcodes=1](content)[/raw]
This allows for content inside editable page areas that Wordpress sometimes mangles, ie delicate formatting, Javascript, iframes, etc. The 'shortcodes=1' option has to be used to allow all the above to work.

<?php display_menu('X');?>
Prints a list of spans+links for a given menu.
