One of the many exciting things we’ve been working on at AAA Insurance is how to help you retain your customers. Over the last 60 days we have been researching and tracking how customers respond when they are contacted after their policy has cancelled. Our research shows us that customers would prefer to hear directly from their agent and as soon after the cancellation date as possible.
Here’s a few more tips to achieve the best results and retain your customer:
- Contact within 24-48 hours
- It may take more than 1 call…don’t get discouraged.Your efforts will pay off!
- More customers answer during their lunch break or after 5:30.
To make this process easier for you, we have created a Cancellation Report that will be emailed to you on daily basis. The report will include the insured’s policy number, cancellation date and contact information.
