Teens are among the riskiest drivers on the road, crashing four times more often than adult drivers. In fact, car crashes are the leading cause of death among people ages 16-20, killing more than 5,600 teens each year.
AAA seeks to change these statistics through our educational outreach to communities in North and South Carolina. By identifying and understanding the factors that contribute to teen driver risks, we develop strategies and resources that can help save lives.
